REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. General Information
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through www.fabrans.com.tr, operated by Fabrans Tekstil İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“FABRANS”).
2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to FABRANS within 14 days.

Returned products must be:
•Unused,
•Undamaged,
•In original packaging,
•With original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, used, washed, or tag-removed items are not eligible for return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
According to the Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
•Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
•Personalized items
•Products that cannot be resold after use
6. Geri Ödeme Süreci
Once the returned product is received by FABRANS, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
7. Shipping Costs
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the product is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are covered by FABRANS.
8. Exchange
FABRANS does not offer direct exchanges. Exchange requests are handled as returns followed by a new order.
